Summary

Dynamic analyses at the planning stage are becoming an increasingly important issue, especially in liberalised electricity markets. To help planners complete this difficult task, a series of case studies has been investigated and presented in the WG C1.04 report. Moreover, a general methodology to set up dynamic models and discriminate among different dynamic phenomena is suggested. Models for wind farms and loads were identified as particularly important.
