Summary
The report is an update of a former survey made in 1981 which was extended to explore new possibilities of experience gathering by covering the groups of Users, Manufacturers, Insurers and Consulting Companies. Answers received from 20countries allowed comparative analysis from similar aspects seen by the different groups. A total of 65 questionnaires provided a huge amount of data that is available for further surveys.
