Summary
Computer technology is now at a state where providing fully supported real-time intelligent alarm processing will help control centre operators with incident analysis and service restoration. Many intelligent applications installed in operational control centres have been for test and development purposes. This has advanced the technology and this report fills a need to distribute the lessons learnt to allow practical application.
