Summary
This paper describes structure and calibration a resistive divider for AC voltage measurement in the range up to 10 kV or 20 kV and frequency up to 10 kHz with software ratio correction. The divider was originally realized only for DC measurements. The solution is based on assumption that the calibration performed at AC voltage up to 1 kV will be valid also in the range up to 20 kV. Software correction should enable also its use at wider frequency band without any modifications as a part of measurement system.
