Summary
The TB provides guidelines for the evaluation of High Voltage Over Head Power Lines environmental externalities, that could be helpful in alternative comparison and/or as a tool for achieving more complete Cost Benefit Analysis on transmission projects. Methods for external cost evaluation of HVOHL effects on Landscape, Biodiversity, land use and of the “proximity effect” are presented.
