Summary
The increasing penetration of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) at utilities around the world along with the traditional unidirectional power fl ow design of distribution systems presents new challenges for the protection of these systems. This TB diligently addresses these challenges and provides example solutions for consideration for LV and MV systems in grid connected and island mode.
